  • Investors in public investments within the country with a value of no less than 10 million UAE dirhams.
  • The investor must have a deposit of no less than AED 10 million in an investment fund within the country.
  • The investor must establish a company in the country with a capital of no less than 10 million UAE dirhams.
  • To be a partner in an existing or new company with a financial stake of no less than 10 million UAE dirhams.
  • To have several investments in the country with a total value of no less than 10 million UAE dirhams.
  • Investment in non-real estate shall not be less than 60% of the total of such investments.
